Outside Office Hours: Please call Isanti County Dispatch at 763-689-2141 and ask to speak with an on-duty supervisor. If a supervisor is not on duty, you may speak with an officer and request that a supervisor contact you when they are available.

    Victim Rights

    You have the right to:

  • Apply for financial help through the Minnesota Crime Victims Reimbursement Program (651-201-7300 or 888-622-8799)
  • Request that law enforcement withhold public access to data identifying you, when allowed by law
  • Be notified if charges are filed, participate in prosecution, and request restitution

Domestic Violence & Orders for Protection

Victims of domestic violence may petition the court for an Order for Protection, which may require the offender to:

  • Stop abuse
  • Leave the residence
  • Stay away from protected locations
  • Pay temporary support, if required
