Millside at Cambridge Shores is a 300+ lot single-family residential development on the southeast corner of the City of Cambridge.  The first phase consists of 50 new single-family lots.  The development is underway with new street, sidewalk, and utility construction.  New home construction is anticipated to start mid-summer of 2026.
