 The Cambridge City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, June 9th at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at Cambridge City Hall in the City Council Chambers, located at 300 3^rd Avenue NE, Cambridge, Minnesota 55008. The purpose of the meeting is to host an informational town-hall style meeting to discuss the topic of Conduit Financing. There will be a discussion of what conduit financing is, how the City has used it in the past, a high-level overview of what is being requested now, and the opportunity for public questions and answers. This meeting is being scheduled to provide information to the public because of a request for conduit financing that the City Council will be hearing on Monday June 15, 2026 at 6:00pm for a proposed multi-family apartment project. It should be noted that this meeting is not to discuss the merits of the proposed project, but to provide information on the public financing mechanism being requested.
