There are two options to pay your utility bills.

Option 1) Utility Bill Direct Payment Plan Enrollment

Did you know that you can pay your utility bill from your checking or savings account automatically—no checks to write, stamps to buy, or late payments.  This is the preferred method of payment as there is no additional cost to the City or the customer. It’s free, fast and completely hassle free!

Q.  How do I sign up?

A.  It’s easy.  Simply complete and return the attached authorization form.  We bill monthly.  Please continue to pay your bill as usual until this message appears on your bill:  “Auto Bill Customer—Do Not Pay”.

Q.  How can I be sure that my utility bill has been paid?

A.  Your monthly bank statement will reflect the automatic payment.

Q.  What if I try the Utility Bill Direct Payment Plan and I don’t like it?

Option 2) Pay online via Credit or Debit card:

You can also make a one time or schedule recurring payments using a credit or debit card through Payment Service Network, Inc. PSN maintains the highest level of security. Effective August 1, 2016, the City will charge bill pay customers a 50 cent transaction fee. Customers wishes to pay via credit card will pay 2.75% processing fee plus a 50 cent transaction fee for amounts less than $100
